Quick answers

Where is my order? Your confirmation email has a tracking link. Current delivery is 1–3 days processing plus 8–15 days transit. If tracking has not updated a few days after dispatch, message us with your order number.

I would like a refund. Thirty days, full refund, and you do not need to send the box back. Include your order number and we will process it within one business day.

Is it safe for my three-year-old? Materials, age grading and certification status are on our Safety page.

What is in the box? One board, a fold-out stand, seven coloured pens, two cleaning cloths and a tracing copy book.
